Here's what we've done...
The Swimming Pool
The pool has a new liner with non-slip surfaces on all slopes and steps and a new limestone surround.
A new grab rail and pool dividing rope have been added.
A fantastic new automatic cover has been installed.
And we've got a brand new hi-tech pump, UV filter and all new pipework, main drains and skimmers - maintaining perfect water quality just got a lot easier!
Pool Lobby
We've made the steps up to the pool area shallower.
The toilet has a new door and basin.
The First Floor
Alpaca View: A new room with new en-suite tiled shower room. New carpet, freshly painted and two new beds. Windows overlook the alpaca field. King size and single, sleeps 3.
The Master: New en-suite tiled shower room. King size and single, sleeps 3.
The Family Room: A new room with new en-suite tiled shower room and separate new bunk room. New carpet and freshly painted. King size and bunks, sleeps 4.
The Oak Room: A new room with new carpet and fresh paint. Dual aspect views over the bottom pond and over the town to the sea. King size and two singles, sleeps 4.
The Green Room: Now a twin room. New carpet. Two singles, sleeps 2.
Main Bathroom: Serving the Oak and Green rooms. New entrance and new flooring.
Generally
New crystal door knobs have added a little sparkle.
Woodwork painted.
The entire outside of the house has been brought back to life with a new coat of paint.
All new en-suites are fully tiled, have heated chrome towel rails and powerful overhead drenching showers.
New 'Nest' system installed to improve fire safety.
New emergency lighting and door closers where necessary improve safety further.
New boiler added to improve capacity.
New domestic pump and UV filter ensure great pressure and pure drinking water throughout the house.
